Atlantia is among the 20% of Italian companies that adopt Diversity Management policies: this is what Simona Cuomo says, Associate Professor of Practice of Leadership, Organization & Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management and since 2008, coordinator of the Diversity & Inclusion & Smart Working Observatory.
On August 4 2021, our Board of Directors approved the guidelines on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, which actively promote the culture of inclusion in Atlantia, supporting the principles of equality, protection of freedom, dignity and inviolability of the person, founding values of our model of doing business.
In order to effectively implement and monitor the commitments we have undertaken, we have a dedicated organizational structure, active participation mechanisms and monitoring tools in which we will all be called upon to participate, so that the voice of everyone, without distinction, can be heard and valued, in this process of continuous improvement.
This is the first important step of our organization declaring its commitment to spreading the culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
