The Investor Relations Department is responsible for relations with the national and international financial community.
Investor relations provides the market with a timely, complete, and clear quantitative and qualitative representation of the strategies and results of the Group, taking care of financial communication with investors and financial analysts.
Following the successful outcome of the Voluntary Tender Offer promoted by Schema Alfa S.p.A., the Company’s ordinary shares have been delisted from Euronext Milan as from 9 December 2022.
The Company has designated Italy as Home Member State pursuant to art. 65-decies of the Issuers Regulation.
It’s noted that for the Company, the provisions of Article 83 of the Issuers Regulation for issuers that issue exclusively securities admitted for trading on a regulated market with a unit nominal value of at least EUR 100 thousand applies (i.e. the Company). Therefore, for the Company’s the obligations to prepare and publish the financial statements envisaged by Article 154 ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 (“TUF”) do not apply.
The Company will continue to publish the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements in the terms of the applicable legislation, and also informs that does not intend to publish on a voluntary basis the additional periodic financial information pursuant to art. 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulation.
