Board of Statutory Auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors is charged with representing the supervisory body of companies and is responsible for supervising the activities of the directors and checking that the management and administration of the company are carried out in accordance with the law and the by-laws.

The current Board of Statutory Auditors, composed of 3 standing auditors and 2 alternate auditors, has been appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 16 January 2023 until the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
