Our Culture
We commit every day to build a reality where the development of people is based on the valorization of diversity, equality and inclusion.
Our values
We have a purpose: simplify daily life, offer possibilities.
The purpose of our commitment is summarized in our values.
Diversity, equality and inclusion
We commit every day to recognize and value individual differences to maximize the potential in each of us across processes, exchanges, and relationships, as we believe that they are the core pillars for the development and the well-being of our people. We guarantee for each employee equal conditions and opportunities between different ages, sexes/genders and gender identities, cultures and ethnicities, religions, physical condition and abilities, economic situations – political opinions. We strive to embrace different perspectives and backgrounds to ensure progress and change.
Together with Valore D working to enhance the role of diversity in life and work.
In our Holding, women represent 46% of the entire company population and 38% of Middle and Senior Management.
Our commitment to ensuring equal access and participation of women in the workplace at all levels of the organisation led us on 1 January 2022 to join the Valore D network, the first association of companies in Italy that promotes gender balance and an inclusive culture for the growth of organisations and of our country.
An important partnership and a choice motivated by the desire to build a professional environment free of discrimination, where equality and inclusion are the way we drive our business.
What we offer
Trasparency
Our culture of transparency is at the base of our system of individual appraisal. We give authentic and constant feedback on individual performance, as an incentive for people development and growth.
Reaching an objective is important, but it is how we reach it that makes a difference. The alignment with our values is the condition from which the valuation of our work starts.
Remuneration
In 2021 we changed our Remuneration Policy, linking a significant portion of employees’ remuneration to the achievement of sustainability goals relating to ESG factors.
Training & Education
Training is the way we enable the development of our employees, as a lever for the improvement of the entire professional community. We invest in the potential that each individual can achieve, supporting the skills of our people to promote their employability and improve the level of the contributions they can make to the community and to economic and social development.
Taking care of our people means investing in training, in their professional and personal growth.
Our Sustainability Learning Hub – created in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management – is the starting point to create a culture funded on the principles of sustainability and innovation which are at the core of our DNA.
Active Citizenship
On 7 October 2021, along with trade unions, we signed an ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP agreement to enable employees to offer their commitment to third sector activities. This agreement allows us to nurture the increasingly strong desire of each of us to use our skills at the service of the community, with the conviction that this can be a source of skills enhancement and sensitivities typical of the third sector, and very important today in the business world - openness and inclusion, identity and diversity, relationships and solidarity, stubbornness and positivity, physical and emotional energies, individuality and community.

Agile Work
We have signed an agile work agreement with trade unions to ensure our employees a bettere work-life balance.
This agreement, which was preceded by a survey on Organisational Well-Being, by means of which we discussed with our employees and acknowledged their wishes, allows both to nurture the desire of young people to build relationships in the daily work environment in the office, and to respond to the need for flexibility expressed by employees who are experiencing a time of their life dedicated not only to work but also to family.
The model envisages organizing the working week into three days of face-to-face working and two days of remote working. Remote working can be adopted with a wide degree of flexibility, thus aiming to achieve an efficient balance between the needs of the company and the necessary self-organisation of private life: the start of the work will be allowed from 8 a.m. to noon, whereas the intervals from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. will be considered as disconnection periods. In addition, during each day everyone will be granted the right to disconnection for 3 hours.
