Our operating company Telepass, leader in integrated mobility, announces the birth of Telepass Digital, with the finalization of the acquisition of 100% of Wise Emotions, a startup that deals with the development of mobile-driven digital products. With this acquisition Telepass confirms its intention to work together with young companies able to provide added value to its innovative business model. Wise Emotions will accompany Telepass in its technological evolution of the product by offering digital solutions that are easy to use, increasingly integrated, able to respond to even the most advanced needs of consumers and improve the customer experience on the move. Founded by four computer engineering students with the goal of creating an exclusively mobile-oriented digital company, today Wise Emotions has over eighty employees completely dedicated to the development of digital products for the main technological platforms.
This is just the starting point: Telepass aims to invest in technological and product innovation, to simplify people's lives in mobility, planning to invest 100 million euros until 2023. Telepass Digital plans a growth process based on the acquisition of innovative smart mobility companies, with an open innovation perspective. This strategy has already been initiated with the acquisitions of 70% of Urbi, a startup that has developed an app to help users locate closer sharing transportation, and the 70% of Wash Out, which offers an eco-friendly home car and motorcycle washing service.
