Our subsidiary Aeroporti di Roma (ADR) dedicated the month of November to women, continuing our Group's daily commitment to building a reality where the development of every individual is based on the enhancement of diversity, inclusion and equality. Aeroporti di Roma took a stand, changing the color of their logo from blue to orange for the duration of a month, embracing the #GenerationEquality hashtag launched by UN Women.

The initiative aimed to tell the stories of many women and girls through Aeroporti di Roma's LinkedIn channel to spread knowledge, fuel the debate on gender equality and show support. The focal point of the initiative took place on November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. On this day Aeroporti di Roma’s logo for 24 hours turned red, the color that distinguishes this day, painting four benches at the entrance to the terminals at Fiumicino airport in red, and illuminated the fountain in front of the airport in red. On the same day at Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino, educational and entertainment initiatives will be held involving both passengers and employees to support the elimination of violence against women.
