Rome, 10 June 2011- Atlantia announces that the Board of Directors of Autostrade per l’Italia has today voted to confirm, in the light of the resolutions adopted by Atlantia’s Board of Directors on 9 June 2011, the commitment to guarantee fulfilment of all Atlantia’s financial obligations deriving from the bonds to be issued as part of the Programme.
