Rome, 18 January 2019 - The Board of Directors of Autostrade per l'Italia has decided to call a General Meeting of shareholders for 30 January 2019 to propose, among other things, the appointment of new Directors to replace the current Chairman and the current CEO and to appoint a new Chairman of Autostrade per l’Italia’s Board of Directors.
