Rome, 3 January 2020 - The rating agency, Moody's, following the unilateral changes to existing motorway concession arrangements in Italy, introduced by the Milleproroghe decree, downgraded Autostrade per l'Italia , Atlantia and Aeroporti di Roma ratings.
