Rome, 11 October 2019 – Atlantia announces that its subsidiary, Abertis Infraestructuras, in partnership with GIC, has today reached agreement with Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners (GSIP) for the acquisition of a 70% stake in Red de Carreteras de Occidente (RCO) in Mexico.
