Elian is only 24 years old but already has a very busy life. Passionate about art, fashion, and hungry for culture, he dedicated his life to cooking to become a chef.

Thus, at his age, he is already the point person in the kitchen of a restaurant in Madrid.

Ecuadorean, he moved here a few years ago, while part of his family lives in Italy, on Lake Como.
