Nominations Committee established, replacement of members of the Committee of Independent Directors with responsibility for Related Party Transactions and Corporate Governance Code revised

Rome, 18 January 2019 - Atlantia announces that today’s meeting of its Board of Directors has established a Nominations Committee. The Board also elected a Director as a member of the Committee of Independent Directors with responsibility for Related Party Transactions and revised Corporate Governance code.
