Rome, 7 March 2019 – Today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Atlantia SpA, chaired by Fabio Cerchiai, has examined and approved Atlantia’s separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, which will be published within the deadline established by the relevant statutory requirements, together with the results of the audit currently in progress. Atlantia SpA’s Board of Directors also approved Atlantia’s Integrated Report for 2018, containing the consolidated non-financial statement required by Legislative Decree 254/2016. This will be published at the same time as Atlantia’s Annual Report.
