Rome 22 March 2019 – With regard to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Atlantia S.p.A. called on 18 April 2019, the Company informs that - as of today - one slate of candidates has been filed for the renewal of the Board of Directors of Atlantia S.p.A. by the shareholder Sintonia S.p.A., holding 30,25% of Atlantia’s share capital.
