Rome 26 March 2019 – With regard to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Atlantia S.p.A., called on 18 April 2019, the Company informs that on 25 march 2019 it has been filed a second slate of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors of Atlantia S.p.A.by a group of mutual funds and other institutional investors, which together own approximately 1,214% of the Company’s share capital.
