CET 09.44 Rome, 9 November 2020 – Atlantia announces that its subsidiary, Abertis Infraestructuras, in consortium with the US-based investment firm John Hancock has today reached agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Elizabeth River Crossings in Virginia.
