CET 20.32 Rome, 19 April 2024 - Mundys announces that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the Integrated Annual Report for 2023, with an update of the disclosure of events after the reporting date. The Integrated Annual Report includes Mundys SpA’s separate and consolidated financial statements. The date of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders is confirmed as 30 April 2024 and will have the same agenda as communicated on 21 March 2024
